Discernment Evenings at Serra House

Every month, the 4th Tuesday evening will be dedicated to those individuals (guys & gals) who are trying to determine what God is calling them to do with their lives. On these evenings Serra House will open wide its doors to those seeking guidance in their vocational calls.

Starting at 7:00 p.m., the evening will allow participants to join in a general session devoted to scripture and faith sharing. Following the general session, participants will break out into specific interest groups to explore their questions regarding their call to service. To facilitate the process each evening will have guest who represent the various facets of vocational call. There will be priests, deacons, religious sisters and brothers, and married couples available for guidance and discussion. To add to a prayerful atmosphere, The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed throughout the evening ready to receive visitors.

If you are even the least bit curious about a vocation, come on by and spend an evening with us. There will be light refreshments and heavy talk available for those seeking enlightenment. The staff and guests will attempt to answer all your questions with a promise toget back to you as soon as possible if we can't that evening. Come and relax in the presence of the Lord and with others who just might ask the question that you forgot to ask.

We prefer to know how many are coming, so if you would call Gloria and let her know if you plan to join us. Gloria can be reached at 909.783.1305; she can also give you directions on how to get here.
